    I played from Cata to end of MOP and i can confirm you at the time they might not reply straight away. But within an hour you would get a blue whisper.

    I would like to repeat myself.
    Maybe what see is not a bug but a intended feature.
    In that case a GM has better things to do then explaining it to someone who could just ask here for a solution or to do his own research.

    Okay, so you haven't played in at least 8 years or so. WoW hasn't been like you remember for a looooong time. And as others have asked, what exactly *is* the issue you're claiming?
