Opening FC wards to personal

I ask that, because we have 18 wards devoted to FC's and only 4 go to players that want a personal.

I play on Diabolos, I can't say what its like on other words, but when you go looking for a house to buy or relocate, it discourages you to see that everything is taken up on the personal wards and when you look at the FC wards, there are many still open.

I go over to the Emporium and see that there are many plots on the FC wards still open and none on the personal and that's just one housing are, I see, not the same amount of open plots in the Goblet, but still there open.

So I ask again, when will you allow personal homes be made on FC wards?

That would be too late. All the plots in FC wards would have been grabbed by shell FCs and there will be none left for private bidders even after the FC wards are converted to private wards.

I agree that FC-only plots still not purchased at this point need to be opened up for private player bids, too.

Hopefully the devs have eyes on the English housing forums. We need private buyers to save the Empyreum FC wards from being half-empty ghost towns!
