Why are you using a GLD/PLD to tank anything anyways?

Fully buffed (2hr songs food, etc) our WAR tank has over 6K HP.

I don't count the Battle Voice Song buff, since you won't have it for the whole fight. with the Battle Voice buff I get anywhere around 6k as well

But yeah, PLD tanking sucks right now...I would prefer it over WAR tanking at any time, if it would be viable, but it's not.
I just like the "old school" sword+shield tanking thing.

We usually pop brd song @ 50% when 100ton swing really starts hitting hard. Lasts a minute on the tank, and its usually dead before the song wears off.

Most of our tanks are natural PLD lovers, loving sword and shield. Just can't hate on WAR, so much HP, debatable mitigation, way more DPS, and antagonize just owns all the PLD hate builders.
