Opening FC wards to personal

As a newer player, this could be a good fix if Island Sanctuary is what we hope it is.

I have more than enough to purchase a mid-sized lot on Famfrit, but bid on a small... the lone mid-sized plot in LB had 323 bidders on results day. That's 0.3% of a chance for each player. Fair in terms of everyone having equal shot? Sure. But what about the remaining 322 bidders?

To make matters worse, there are shell FCs/multiple people that own half a ward or two in the Goblet and they are blatantly obvious. This needs to be addressed if they want "fairness".

I don't understand computer tech; didn't SE pull EW from shelves to make more server space for new players? If they have the time and money to do so, and everything is instanced as people are quick to point out, why can't they do the same for housing?

The July 1st Live Letter can't come soon enough so we can get some answers about Island Sanctuary. Then again, with our luck he may say "we'll save the talk about Island Sanctuary for the next Live Letter".
