WAR doesn't need any changes. They are perfectly balanced as-is.
You are playing the wrong class if you want a "tank." Like we said, switch to PLD. They are the most pure "tank" there is.

lol what? WAR is pretty terrible now. After the nerf they just can't do anything aside from die.
Then you clearly don't know how to play WAR. As I said last page, WAR is not a "tank" in the usual sense now. They have high DPS and the highest control output of any tank, but that's counterbalanced by making them the twiggiest tank as well. WAR has an AOE 15 sec stun and 15yd Death Grip on a 15 sec timer. Onslaught increases the target's damage taken and Orogeny is an AOE damage down effect. That's dramatically more than *any* other tank gets, so of course it has to be counterbalanced somewhere - and making WAR the easiest tank to focus down is the direction they've chosen. And, obviously, they have an exceptionally good LB, especially on Cloud Nine.
If you actually know how to play the class, WAR is very strong. But if you don't know how to play properly, yes it will feed a lot.
My suggestion is you either stop playing WAR, or you learn to play it properly. Because it's just fine the way it is. If you were used to the pre-nerf WAR, I'm sorry, but you don't get to faceroll free wins anymore. If you want a more traditional "tank", PLD or DRK are your best choices. GNB is also very tanky right now, but only if you can junction a tank, which can't be guaranteed.
