I wish content in this game would be more than just "kill X amount of things to finish Y instance".
For example, they could remove randomness of buffs/debuffs in Deep Dungeons and give players ability to control what's given, somewhat like in roguelike games.
Or add puzzles to dungeons so there would be more ways to finish the objective.

Instead we get the same formula over and over again, expansion after expansion, with no change.

"B-but you haven't finished all Eureka weapons" - lets pretend I did. Now what? What do I do with them? Put them into storage so they would take up free slots? I don't like how they look like so I don't want to use them as glamour. I also can't use them as a main weapon because it's an outdated equipment.
Before someone runs in screaming "IT'S AN MMO, GO AWAY IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT":
I've played enough years of MMO to get tired of mindless grinding. I get it, grind is a part of this genre and it probably should stay because there're always people who like this kind of thing. Grind becomes very unfun when there's nothing but grind around. "Oi, I've cleared this thing 10000 times and got this hairpin I won't ever use".
A change to certain things would be nice, even if it's a small change.

You aren't new to the MMORPG genre, and are very perceptive. And still ... you continue to play. There must be something besides killing Zevrha for their hooves that's keeping you playing.

Figure out what that is and you'll know the True Secret of every MMORPG. The Reason people come back and play a game year after year.

Yeah. It was the Friends We Meet Along The Way the whole time. That, and the dopamine rush you still get when entering the <insert favorite dungeon/raid instance here> for the 8th year in a row ...

    Tru dat.
I'm barely playing and keeping my sub up only to log in once a week to help a friend with some content. It's been quite a while since I thought that nothing really keeps me in this game anymore, so someone might get their hands on a medium soon.
Games in general don't keep me on a leash of "you'll miss out if you don't log in".
14 was a breath of fresh air when I started to play, but it's been a long time ago. SE changed nothing about their content formula and everything has been the same, there's nothing "new" in how they develop things, I guess because people are happy with whatever this "saint" company does with the game. I'm not so happy anymore because essentially there's nothing new for me to see so far.
Jobs being brought down to one linear level where almost everything feels the same if you put similar skills in the same slots on your hotbar, dungeons are pretty much reskins of each other, just bosses having slightly different mechanics etc.
I don't personally need to have "daily content" to keep me playing, but I would wish things would get more interesting than stuff everyone got used to. If people like it - I have nothing against it, it's up to each individual to decide what's fun for them, I never judge people on that one. To each their own.
I hope the game will see some change someday tho.
