The Luminous wooden loft, is the single most important part of those beautiful decorated houses that I have seen. These precious babies cost is too high and something will be done about it.

With the way this community can decorate we can make a mansion look like a real mansion. I can live in a apartment, but when I log in I live a three story mansion, some in a two story duplex and others in a nice cottage. It feels so good. the real end game is housing.

Current price of the lofts is 48,088g on Sophia, quite a few there at that price.

6 integral lumber cheapest is 1,364 each on Ravana (30 integral logs is 2970 in total) so a saving there.
2 ironwood lumber is 2625 each (10 ironwood logs are 3,100 on Sephirot) so a saving there
2 tallow candles is 450
2 crystal glass are 3,328 each on Zurvan (2xSilex 800 on ravana, natron 525 on Zurvan, minium 819 on ravana)

so, about 9,000g of mats if you buy them. A lot cheaper if you head out harvesting.

Think you can drop the price to somewhere between 9,000 and 48,000? It will help us all

Buying off of the MB in general is paying generously more than what an item is actually worth in order to save time. Obviously not true in 100% of the cases, and not all items have been price gouged. Most prices are actually fairly reasonable when they are stable, but you're still paying for the convenience of acquiring the item quickly.

OP may or may not realize that it's not really the sellers that control the prices; demand, availability, and difficulty of acquisition do the majority of that. The waters of the MB are shark infested, while trying to be the do-gooder is commendable, you're also an easy meal.
