Let's not forget that the only reason Zodiark needed to be called forth in the first place was due to Venat refusing to forewarn her people of the approach of the Final Days. As a consequence, Zodiark needed to be conjured forth in order to ensure that Etheirys persisted - which is what the first and second set of willing sacrifices accomplished.

Maybe translate the French version so we can read the differences. Otherwise we are just going off of interpretation of a screenshot.

It's also interesting how it's often the comments shot back at someone being deliberately obtuse and dense that are presented as a step too far but never comments such as this:

Or randomly implying that anyone who dislikes or disapproves of Venat has an issue with women in general, as seen here:
