Do the Japanese have the horror stories that we have?

I honestly couldn't in good conscious keep the placard system if I had the choice after reading what happens under it. That said I can also see how the lottery system can also be frustrating, but I'd rather take the punch to the leg than the shot to the head. My imo at least, one is soul crushing the other is just annoying.

Thanks for the answer, weirdly I've never really seen (or perhaps paid attention) to that. Some LIFO FIFO type stuff going on there lol.
