I personally feel the ears are a little too high up on the head, but if my version is too extreme too, perhaps the ears could be placed in an area between where they are now and how I put them?

Hmm, IDK. Here em Brasil we call these ones by "coruja orelhuda", it's like "eared owl" or "owl with big ears".

Even though it doesn't make sense for the ears to be so high on the top of the head, I particularly liked it that way.

As for the ears, that's cool too! Everyone has their own opinion. Now you got me wishing we had more options for the ear placement XD more options is always good

It would be nice to have the possibility to change some racial traits, like moving horns, ears, etc. But there's a reason I don't see this happening: SE is very lazy.

Three years to deliver what they promised for Hrothgars and Vieras, and look what came: Earless wigs. For vieras, they didn't even adjust the forehead size, which makes most of both races continue to use the old models.

Now imagine if they had to adjust their hair for every ear fit. Something I'd imagine them doing back in the day, but nowadays, they'd rather cut off the ears of the Miqo'te, than support an already well-established race, let alone the new races.
