Cannot Enter Lottery for Relocation

I'm not very happy that there seem to be hidden rules operating here. If we'd have known how many bids we could place, we'd have gone for a large instead of trying for a medium in a nice location. The FC made that decision on the understanding that we could place more bids and would therefore have a better chance.

I am hoping this is a bug and not working as intended. Either way, it would be nice to have some answers.

There is definitely something else going on, because if i wasn't allowed to bid on one, i shouldn't be allowed for any, and i checked the one character i had that issue on first and after bidding with the other characters, so there is most likely some anomaly with selected characters, because if Lachesia said was true, i wouldn't have friends relocating 5+ FC's and their personals in one go

I was only able to bid on one of my characters in my FC. Such character is the one that
1)Founded the FC
2)Purchased the very first plot

And yes, we are trying to relocate.
