I'm curious where the relocation screen is at. I have a personal on Mateus and am thinking about relocating to a FC ward if i can get the same house location which i like a lot. The reason primarily is my other alt cannot use the private which is really frustrating.
Clicking the screen only seems to allow an entry for the lottery. For those who have relocated can you shed some light on how it works?

You get the option to relocate once you win the lottery (not beforehand). In case you have a personal you want to relocate you are stuck for the personal wards even for relocating. Good luck for your entries on those wards.I'm curious where the relocation screen is at. Ahh so you can't relocate a personal into a FC ward interesting even if you have a FC without a house. Oh well guess my alt will have to live with not having direct access.
Right. If you have a FC that needs a home, simply do the lotto for your FC in wards 1-18.
*edit- If you have other people in your FC, they can add your alt to the FC, allowing you access to everything.![]()

Same issue here
Hoping for the fix in the future
I bought a small plot just keeping in mind that I can relocate it to the big plot in the future
And now only the character that actually won lottery for the small plot is able to enter lottery for relocation to the big
That's a disappointmaint for real
But I understand that maybe it's right in some way but again I could enter the lottery with all my alts before when I didn't own a plot
I can try my luck anyway or wait for new residential districts it's not a big deal everyone wants a big mansionbut u know I wouldn't buy a small plot without knowing that I can relocate it and it wasn't clear that it seems like system doesn't allow alts to enter lottery for relocation

I have the exact same problem (can not enter lottery to relocate FC House to bigger plot, no relocate option, getting the message that I can not own anymore property).
You have to be the owner of the FC plot to put a bid if you own a personal plot. This also applies to any alts in the same world/FC as well sadly.
Ownership of a FC house (for lottery purposes) is tied to the purchaser, not the FC master.
You must have another character on your account on the same world that has purchased a FC house for the FC they are in.
If the alt is in the same FC as the character unable to enter, you can only use that alt to enter the lottery.
If the alt is in a different FC, the alt would need to leave that FC so your other character can enter the lottery. They can rejoin the FC after the lottery has ended and the other FC house has been relocated (if you win).

Thank you, your solution worked. I would never have thought of the fact it had to be the same character for the lottery than the one who originaly bought the plot. I thought ownership of FC house was tied to FC (and FC master).
And I managed to enter this lottery on time so really thank you for all your help.
