So why did FC's get more Ishgard plots

Because of the lottery delays.

Their plan was to prioritize FC's for the first rounds of lotteries, then open all the other plots to individual buyers. Because of the bug, we've only had a single lottery so of course the FC's haven't had a chance to buy up many plots.

Basically the bug delayed everything. Be patient. I feel like some of the players need to be hit with the common sense stick lately

I don't really see the bug causing an issue. Before the bug existed FC's could of went to Ishgard to get them before knowing. I just think it was a dumb idea to p[ut more wards for FC's then private when there are more private buyers then FC's. Just like how some people have multiple housing from a long time ago and they could make the player choose one house and relinquish the rest to free up some plots
