Yeah my posts were outright deleted as well. Which is odd cause I personally feel like I've said worse in other threads.
Having looked around, it looks like posts only in threads were "Gender Identity" was the subject matter were deleted and nowhere else.

Mods are lethargic, CMs can't be bothered to do the one thing they're expected to do, and everyone's astonished the OF is on fire.
Honestly, screw it: Aah, Chaos. Let Chaos take the world.
I very much doubt SE pays the Moderators, maybe they'll get crysta tho? He's referring to mods, not CMs. This is part of their job. If the site is infested with trolls, it is their fault. They don't always have to announce they're doing something but it's readily apparent when they're not.
Regarding CMs, sorry but if SE is paying CMs to do interact with the public, it is part of their job to do that. If the mods maybe did a better job of clearing up trolls and putting an end to incendiary discussions, perhaps the CMs could actually do a bit of that? But it's still not an excuse. At the end of the day, this is a SE controlled site. Any issues on it lie entirely at their own feet, so I can't say I have any sympathy.
Hopefully!

Grand total of . . . 8 posts. That says a lot about the FFXIV "community outreach team."
Veteran healers don't care if we need to heal, but right now we don't. We want interesting things to do during the downtime other than a 30s dot and a single filler spell that hasn't changed from lvl 4 to lvl 90.
Dead DPS do no DPS. Raised DPS do 25/50% lower DPS. Do the mechanics and don't stand in bad stuff.
Other games expect basic competence, FFXIV is pleasantly surprised by it. Other games have toxic elitism. FFXIV has toxic casualism.[/LIST]

LOL they need to charge extra to read stuff on here.
Y'all know there's a difference between a forum moderator (who is suppose to keep the peace in the forums) and a community rep (who are they eyes, ears, and mouthpieces for the devs on the forums and social media), right?
at this point i dont care that theres a difference. they both work for the same company and can communicate with each other yet we hardly see anything from either of them.

The thing that makes me laugh is that the dev tracker has literally disappeared from the forum top because it’s been so long since we had any Dev updates.
I do agree that both need to have more of a presence on the forums.
The mods need to make an actual attempt to keep the forums orderly by stopping all the troll-bait threads and comments and condensing threads of the same topic into one thread (which they do/use to do on the JP threads) and the reps could at least pop into some of the more popular suggestion and debate threads and say they are forwarding feedback to the devs like they use to. :B
