Good luck finding out who's using 18+ mods and who isn't if they don't link to a carrd with NSFW stuff on it :P People using 18+ mods are most likely whales, SE has no incentive to banhammer these people unless they're linking obvious NSFW stuff in their PF lol. Unless there is something in the posts that SE deems actionable, which they have been making attempts to keep those particular ones out of PF, then nothing will happen. Not only will nothing happen but continued reporting of non actionable things in of itself is a TOS violation and can result in action being taken.

So unless they are being stupid about it and listing out the exact things that can be done there with screenshots/video of their mods with the SE trademark ON the video/screenshot (which even on Crystal I've never seen. Hell the ones on Crystal have stopped posting their carrds publicly too. Most of those are listed only in discord now because of SE cracking down), then you are raging about nothing.

Yup, most of the big venues that I've seen on Crystal don't advertise it on their carrds and just link you through Discord, if that. If you go to the venues you'll either see no one talking or light RP that's SFW. You have to literally go out of your way to even take part in it.
