basically it guarantees Happiness to it's citizens... although it's impossible to fulfil, most government employees try to be kind to everyone (except cops), and generally people are use to acting with kindness before acting in other ways. Generally what I mean, Californians for the most part act friendly. Our constitution requires the Government to try and achieve our Happiness, and government employees (besides cops) are usually very friendly. In fact most people west of the Mississippi tend towards friendly as a default. Just as a Reminder kind = friendly, and generally North Americans are friendlier than Europeans, and people in the Western States are friendlier than the Eastern States. Southern States tend to be Friendlier than Northern ones.

Just remember, in the US, "Bless your heart" is a way to disagree with someone.

Nowhere in the lines you shared does it say it guarantees Happiness to its citizens. It says all citizens have a right to try and obtain Happiness.
You don't know most government employees. So you naturally assume people are innately good.
People are fleeing the state en masse because of your problems caused by the so-called kindness and that road to hell appeared rather quickly.
Are North Americans kinder? Is that why every time a so-called progressive runs for president, Europe is always an example of what's done right in terms of rights. Unfortunately, it's almost like that so-called kindness didn't do anything for you.
Europe has the happiest countries on the planet, and we all have better living conditions, pay less tax, have better infrastructure, lower crime etc. But, unfortunately, you are not that kind, and no one respects the US enough to believe it.

Remember in Europe, saying I have to disagree is a way to disagree with someone because we don't need to come up with passive-aggressive remarks to talk to another human. It's seen as rather sly, rude and a waste of everyone's time.

Gods even the documents you show to show how kind you are stem from us. You forget where your culture and values originated, the founding fathers of the US must be rolling in their graves.
