No one is speculating. Nobody said "He probably beats his wife and dogs."

What was said was the way that he has acted on stream points towards abusive behavior and using that pattern of behavior people
would not be surprised at all if he abuses them

You're right, we don't know how he acts off stream, and it is very much possible that his behavior is a result of the parasocial relationships of Twitch chat. But, if someone has the capability of treating people like that with regularity, it's not a stretch that the person acts like that...you know... regularly...
