    I hope you realize this is an important issue because if you actually bothered reading the thread SE has previously said that Reshade/ENB/Gshade are OK under the ToS, and now a GM has said it is no longer applicable.

    We need clarification.

    The clarification is don't get caught using it because third party tools are against ToS.
