I agree the community was a problem, but if he wasn’t using mods there would be nothing to report, yeah?

But he was using such a benign mod that barely gives you any advantage other than comfort.

It's literally like if you're calling the police on someone who is speeding 1 mph over the speed limit. Yes, it's technically illegal.
