The problem with THEIR lotto implementation is that it takes too long for lottery participation/rounds, and that 75% of ALL wards are FC only.

Its very hard for private buyers to win.

You are conflating the problem of there being not enough housing with the issue of distributing the plots in a fair manner. The Lottery was never meant to address the first issue. It was implemented to solve the second issue. Everyone now has the same chance to obtain a personal house.

To be fair, it doesn't really solve anything except removing the need to spam a placard for hours on end. People are still abusing the system, FC wise, and others are going to be even more paranoid about losing their house via the timer with how luck based getting another is now, so the amount of abandoned homes will shrink as well.

So I'm inclined to agree that hope and expectations should be lowered as they have the winners of all the Ishgard homes, so they'll be given away on the 16th and it will go back to a fight in the original four districts.

Move to OCE there are many plots that were never entered from the start and our Ishgard is a ghost town all empty except the personnel's and 20% are taken leaving 80%

THAT bug presumably has already been fixed and the fix is being tested as we speak. Don't blame the Lottery for an error in coding.

Be like me...... give up on housing the moment u knew it was limited...... its very comforting this freedom to not think about housing at all except apartment, please let players get more apartment...... i want to decorate more......
