I mean it's the definition of complexity. A system ontop of a system you have to interact with to achieve the goal. They removed a system to simplify a system. Ere go, they removed complexity by removing an entire system.
What i'm trying to say is that with the old system or the current system, goals are still the same, and gameplay still feels the same, there hasn't been any drastic change because the core gameplay system in itself is simple by nature.
that's why in any case, the gameplay would need an entire overhaul from the ground up.
That's not the case though is it? Paladin you DON'T need a gauge for anymore, neither with DRK or Dragoon for that matter. And that's just the classes I play. That's 100% dumbing down and nerfing of complexity. What i'm trying to say is that with the old system or the current system, goals are still the same, and gameplay still feels the same, there hasn't been any drastic change because the core gameplay system in itself is simple by nature.

You then have the fact that they've made some classes so op that you can solo raids with them. Further evidence of dumbing down.
The fact that the most recent extreme trial is just 3 mechanics put in different orders. With no further development of the encounter at all, perhaps even a nerf to the original since there's only one phase.
Want me to continue?
I have to give skiros credit for consistently getting bites on their troll threads.
Why do you mean with you don't need a gauge? (also, no offense by this, unrelated to the topic we are talking, but Paladin since ARR has always been a snoozefest to play, guess i'm more used to paladins from other MMOs)That's not the case though is it? unsynched and WAR soloing things has been a thing since they added that option, nothing new.
I was talking about job/role gameplay, not encounters/bosses gameplay, they aren't the same, so i don't know what your on about. Regardless on how an encounter is designed, how to approach it with jobs doesn't and hasn't changed.
Not Unsynched. War can solo P1N.Why do you mean with you don't need a gauge? (also, no offense by this, unrelated to the topic we are talking, but Paladin since ARR has always been a snoozefest to play, guess i'm more used to paladins from other MMOs)

Also what are you even talking about with your last point? The only way you'd experience the way a class feels is during combat? If you REALLY think the way we are FORCED to approve fights hasn't been dumbed down and made much easier you either don't raid or just do fates. There's no way someone can be this ignorant.
Personally I think its mostly people with too much free time or too little going on on the personal level who wants to sound cool and woke so they can feel important. Same as always, in other words.
