You can only maintain that level of frustration for so long before people get tired of dealing with it and just leave.As people who do enjoy housing, we'd both like to think that, but I'd guess their hard cold metrics on what new players do when they join the game paint the CEO and board another picture.
They'll keep doing the absolute minimum to retain the number of houses at a set percentage of active players. Have you noticed how we seem to magically get new housing out of thin air after each burst of new subscribers?
