This fails to be a valid argument when you lock a shitload of cosmetics you know everyone will want behind pvp.

PvP cosmetics are more accessible now than they've been at any point in the game's history.
You're showered with currency whether you win or lose, and nothing is locked behind rank except portrait frames.
Get serious. Zero people on the forum are complaining that it's too hard to unlock cosmetics.
It's just "boo-hoo I'd be top 100 for sure but my teammates are bad and my opponents are cheating" in every other thread.
