The issue I have with stuff like this is that apartments were more or less hyped up the same way—and then turned out to be a major disappointment: limited space, limited item slots, no access to outdoor furnishing space for gardening, etc.. They don’t come in different sizes, and there seems to be no plans to actually implement this despite it being a feature requested almost as much as instanced housing or more wards (and a suitable alternative to the problems with housing). So I take any hype like what you posted above with a grain of salt, personally.

This, all of this. Apartments are a joke lol. If they were adequate or comparable to houses, there wouldn't be as much of an issue. They're incredibly limited in just about every aspect. Saying there is "absolutely no problem" is just full on copium.

Not to mention, I believe FC apartments have even more limitations - can't leave the FC or you lose it, ect. I think it should speak for itself when FC-only wards are sparse.
