There is a certain kind of fun in taking something and using it for something it was never intended to. Of course every joke quickly loses its impact on overuse.Personally some of the more suggestive poses people are using seem comical to me since the models aren't good enough quality to actually seem like anything else. It also kind of smacks of desperation to me. Do these people not understand that this is the internet with infinitely more graphic and better quality material out there, why bother with this in a game where it's clearly not the intent?

I can see the side of for erp you could literally just set your plate to friends only and have an honor system amongst mates if you really want to do this. I would be sad if that wrestler/fighting game looking character was banned because he was looking through his legs at the camera. I can see how things could be taken in either direction and prevent people from doing a pose because it 'looks' naughty but it really wasn't the intention. But there is the other side where they are blatantly being inappropriate. I am just worried that the line will be blurred in some cases because some are trying to get someone else banned because they made a pose that could look silly or 'sexual' to the most uptight of individuals who chose to perceive the Roe looking through his legs with a wrestler outfit because it was just too offensive for some random person when it was silly to others and not sexual at all.
"This policy says no no no"
lol like a policy has ever stopped anyone in this game or SE has ever actually done anything about them i.e. performance users, bots, etc....
Is this acceptable?

You don't need an official response or an opinion to this.Square Enix Suggestive Poses in Adventure Plates can we get an official response on this. Allowed or Not Allowed?
My own opinion is adventure plate's are meant to be a creative way to express yourself and if people are creative enough to make things look a certain way then let the creative juices flow.
It's in the ToS that player-made suggestive or sexual stuff isn't allowed. This is as official as it gets.
Enforcement doesn't mean jack, it's still in the rules. OP asked for an official statement, they made it before implementing this. That's all there is to it. Just because they don't go around hunting for people doesn't make it any less invalid in their eyes.

I already got this debat on the French Forum here...
I've used the ticket system to ask the question for "sexual suggestive plates".
Their answer was in accordance with the ToS. Who ever do this and is reported can be banned. And the duration can be infinite.
The reason of this is that SE wish to protect player from Germany, Australia and one other country (New Zealand maybe ? I don't remember) because the game can have young people on it, especially in those country (USK 12 for Germany / ESRB Teen (13+) for others, PEGI 16 in France)
And for that "Naked Thancred" up there... It's lore related and doesn't implies anything sexual. But simulating a sexual act on an adventurer plate is not lore related, nor acceptable by the ToS you all agreed to sign before playing the game.
