So I just searched "Karens" on YouTube and your statement of "I'd rather put up with a Karen" is quite questionable. Don't get me wrong, toxic players that just spam, in the case of FF14 new PvP patch, "Nice Job" is by far, more tolerable than these so called Karens. Quite the hysteria to be frank.
