3.3 is cited as the reasoning for the ban. there is nothing offensive or profanity in ERP, especially when it aligns with the FC name, and the EULA has endorse "Erotic" role play as long as it is not done publicly. so the term is essentially an official one now for that activity that is clearly allowed in the game now. So how is "ERP" offensive or vulgar by their own terms now, even if it stood for EROTIC? so just because it CAN be taken that way, a SINGLE person should be able to report and get another player suspended for 20 days? especially now that it is out that they are doing it to eliminate people from participating in housing lottery.

By them citing that the game is rated 13+, that means keep the naughty stuff out of public eye as underage users play the game. You didn't do that, you had something that could be related to "erotic" roleplay in public view (i.e. your FC name). Even if it has nothing to do with erotic roleplay, you're still toeing a fine line having that name. Therefore, to SE, it looks like an ERP focused FC which is being publicly put out to other people.

You most likely were mass reported as well, compared to just one person. Wouldn't be shocked in the slightest if you've been getting reported over the years but never had anything happen till now because x amount of people did it at one time. It would fit with the trend of when venues were getting mass reported and owners slapped with temp or permanent bans.

The methods used against you are wrong, but doesn't change the fact that you're also breaking the rules at the same time.
