    Use whatever tools that are available. I am not encouraging you to use it per say but it is pretty clear this is something SE does not care about.

    I have quit ranked CC and will never touch it again. But, for those looking to seriously climb the ladder, at this point all competitive integrity is non-existent. If you have to question whether or not the match was legit or not then the system has failed.
