No it didn’t, the burst on this job was completely and utterly uninteresting before EWMonk has always had these traits, none of these are particularly new to EW MNK. Multiple openers and "rotations" were always on the job, as the nature of its GCD combos always allowed some level of flexibility. Don't pretend that MNK didn't have "actual" skill expression before just because it was a clunkier job, because it most certainly did.
That is subjective. I personally don't find EW MNK's burst any more or less interesting than how it functioned in ShB. We just now prioritize maintaining Twin Snakes/Demolish over squeezing out as many Bootshine/DKs as possible.
As for skill expression, I will reiterate: it always had it in one way or another, whether it be Shoulder Tackle management, alternating dirty/clean PB, positionals in general and all of the True North/Riddle of Earth management that came with it (especially on fights like E9S and E11S), and well- the entire rabbit hole that was Greased Lightning.

It's not the exact name for it but since PB doesn't end with giving you Formless Fist in ShB since Blitz didn't exist yet, there was a minor bit of adjusting you had to do because of that. (It still technically exists at level 50) If you ended a PB phase with DK and Leaden Fist up, you would had to have used DK again right after to make sure that your next Bootshine was under Opo-opo so as to not waste the crit (Dirty PB). If your PB ended with Bootshine, then you would have to still DK with no form, with your next Opo-opo being DK again (Clean PB). You generally alternated between them but in some specific scenarios it was better to use a raw Bootshine.

I've leveled monk but haven't put enough time into the job to discover such nuances - thanks for the explanation! It's not the exact name for it but since PB doesn't end with giving you Formless Fist in ShB since Blitz didn't exist yet, there was a minor bit of adjusting you had to do because of that. lmfao. Some SE shill is ready on the forum in his defensive stance just WAITING for my reply.Still waiting for this:
Name two other MMORPGs with a tutorial system that teach 'how to play a job'. Make it starting level tutorials, and, later, at each level in which the job changes dramatically because of new synergies assigned to job actions. Actually, name one that fits that particular demand well. I'll wait.
Keep waiting. I'll get back to you when I'm done playing Lost Ark. Don't stop reminding me to get back to you though. Helps bump the thread. Good boy.
People who think of a company as their friend are the saddest bunch.
They are oversocialized baboons. Grew up on Nintendo thinking that Shigeru Miyamoto is their best friend (I respect Shigeru alot, but you get the point).
Same reason you have console wars. These people don't have an ounce of culture let alone personality to determine what is morally appropriate and whatnot.
Wrong (ring Xenosys' bell)
you're in the wrong for 1 simple reason, you're telling someone he/she is playing the game wrong (which is against ToS now btw)
you can report that person, but that person is innocent since spamming cure 1 can be a legit strat to save mana, so you're actually trying to say "play it my way!" (i do agree on the cure 1 spam, it's pointless, but if you call out the player doing it, YOU are wrong in the eyes of GMs and devs)
