When will the housing bug be fixed?

They didn't give any update since 18th, and for a fiasco of this proportion, yes I'd say that ages!

2nd round Lottery restart was pushed back and the actual fix for this one should be coming soon I would hope.

Relative to fixing the availability issue that's not something in the cards for now. Lets hope this has clearly shown them the numbers who bid and didn't get housing so they need to really get it together and do something. Given the influx of new players ward housing isn't going to solve the problem they need to consider an instanced alternative be it much nicer apartments or instanced housing itself.

I'm actually hoping that the number of bids for larger plots, compared to the lesser demand for smaller plots provides hard data for the developers to hopefully plan a better solution to the housing situation.
