    It always struck me as kind of dumb that NG+ doesn't even give xp. God forbid we make levelling alt jobs FUN...no, gotta push people towards getting the stupid skips from the store.

    I agree with you on that one it just lessen the experience of NG+ for no good reason.

    It’s not that hard or even overwhelming to grind out jobs to max unless you are the impatient type that needs it all done in like 2 weeks.

    NG+ exists so you can brush up on the story, or re experience it for the sake of enjoying scenes of the story, not as a leveling experience.

    No because that would invalidate all other avenues of exp gain for rewards if you could just MSQ grind over and over again with your alt jobs.
