    I have very good crafting gear, always get support when I can, and generally use good food. It's just so annoying there is little direct correlation, in many respects, with rank and ability vs the synth.

    Please, please fix this.

    Also, would you fix Perfection and Flawlessness, the latter of which is totally broken, as far as I can see.
    I completely agree, ill have makers muse on at the syth will be white (white orb) which is SUPPOSED to be the most stable.. it will fail 2 times in a row then i have red orb (least stable) and it succeeds... its stupid. oh and does anyone use rapid synth at all.... like it rarely ever works and when it does woopty doo 25-30% but when it fails... watch out 30+ durability hit.

    Edit: oh and when you wait... supposed to make it more stable i have it go flashing >> gold >> red>>red>>red>>red>>white ummm WTF!

    Agree. Synthesis is all about progress or quality. Rapid gives no quality and is not reliable on progress. On the other hand, if it was more reliable then standard synth would be useless. SE should just get rid of rapid.

    BTW: I see no reason for synthesis/gathering to be such a time consuming process. It should be permanent hasty hands, but with choice:
    STANDARD (good success rate, NO CHANCE for HQ)
    QUALITY (lower success rate, chance for +1/+2/+3 HQ),
    QUANTITY (chance for quantity HQ, get rid of secondary tools!)
    It should be one click process. You should simply click synthesis, chose the mats, click confirm, watch animation and get result. All we doing in between is totally random anyway, so WHY do we have to do it? Its boring and unproductive. If you chose BOLD - it may, or may not succeed. Even if it succeeds, it still may improve quality a lot, and may improve just a bit. And even if you finish with some huge quality, it still may result in NQ, or HQ item. So why bother? Why don't skip all the random part? Really! If SE implemented rapid/bold and gathering minigames, they should let us control the process with it. Otherwise its just an intentional time sink.
