As others noted. The issue isn't in adding new races but rather in SE incapability to introduce and support a new race. Three years old races are still incapable of wearing hats and having proper hairstyles which is something that never happened to any new race in any MMO. Even with WoW devs and Blizzard being infamous regarding how lazy they're, when they added not two, not four, but six new races they all had full support that nothing felt lacking in comparison to Vieras and Horths.
