    New Aquariums

We need aquariums like real world versions, with glass on both sides.

I'd like to see an Aquarium with a perfectly flat top and bottom. Where you could stack them to make a wall, and see through to the other side.

Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 versions would be very nice. Where if you stack two Tier 4s, you have a literal wall that you could see through on both sides, with fish.

I think it would be a very nice addition to housing.

In addition, an aquarium column would be really nice. A glass column where you could put in small fish, and they could swim circles up and down inside it.

    It would be nice.

Then I remember when we were warned about using multiple aquariums in our housing because it could cause the housing server to crash, destroying all items without the ability to recover them (think this was back in Stormblood). They fixed it by setting up aquarium collision so they cannot be overlapped (why it can be really annoying trying to place aquariums next to each other now).

There's something fishy about the aquarium coding that says it may not be such a good thing to do.

If using them close doesn't work, why not just a partition-sized aquarium, wider than average, but floor to ceiling in size.
Class it as either a Tier 3 or Tier 4.

I don't see how glass on both sides instead of the normal back could cause much of a problem, though.

The "glass" shouldn't be a problem. Players trying to push aquariums to the limit to create the appearance of bigger tanks as you describe might, though.

I also wonder how "fish pathing" would end up working in a floor to ceiling aquarium as you suggest. Right now, there's not that much vertical displacement in the fish pathing. There's just something in the housing design that wants to avoid verticality - almost everything is oriented to work horizontally. If all a full height aquarium offered was 3 horizontal fish paths, it would look really strange.

Don't get me wrong - I think it's a nice idea. I'm just not certain it's one that SE could pull off in practice.

talking about props inside a house when 98% of the playerbase cant even get a house even if they have the money for it. Fix housing before you talk about extras

You don't get to dictate what others talk about.

We don't have the ability to fix housing so there's no use yelling at us to do it. That's up to SE, and I suspect the developers who create furnishing items and functions have nothing to do with supply and purchase design decisions.

We're giving those developers who only work on creating furnishings our feedback about what they do.
