    They refuse to acknowledge this and looking at history, they probably never will. Again, for an MMO that does EVERYTHING ELSE so well, it is something I will never understand why.

    thats the issue everything about ffxiv is amazing except the housing, gameplay ? amazing everything in the game is literally perfect and i love it minus housing and customer service. Wait till you call their phone number.
