    Actually, going to have to give a mention to 'In the Balance' from the Aglaia Nald'thal Raid - as well as being a fantastic piece of music (although haven't seen any offical lyrics for it yet), it sounds so damn hopeful - it feels like the oposite to Endsinger's song of despair!

    Aaaa same with me for jamming to Balance despite absolutely getting every single lyric wrong. The beat just gets me pumped up through my work days! Aside from that I'm still whipped for To The Edge, I've been humming it unconsciously for two years straight, and honestly, probably not going to stop anytime soon. It's just that good.

    If we're just going on 'songs' as in tracks with actual singing in them, then there is only really one major choice for me, and that's the one that started it all: Nobuo Uematsu's haunting Answers with Susan Calloway on vocals. Since 1.0 this has been the theme of FFXIV, and in EW it's revelance is even more pronounced:
    having it play during the scene showing Venat becoming Hydaelyn and sundering Etheirys into the Source and the Shards and birthing the current Spoken races is downright heart-chilling.

    "Thou must live, die and know" indeed.

    Still the best for me.
