Can we increase the drop rates of Aglaia loot please?

It's bad enough that you are limited to one item a week.

It's bad enough that ques are absolutely atrocious for the new raid right now since it's not on the roulette for god knows why and the community has almost completely abandoned it now. Especially as a tank, que's take as much as 2 hours during PRIME TIME.

But when the drop rates are so garbage, like the tank chest, it's just absurd. I have spent the entire week trying to farm the chest, having to deal with 40min ques minimum, the longest being just over 2 hours, only for it not drop even once. Reset is almost here and I still haven't gotten it.

Now I understand you want maximum milking of MAU's and so keeping people farming as long as possible is what you want, but this is just bad. The instance is basically abandoned at this point as barely anyone still runs it, and since it's a max level instance you can't turn off sync and solo it, so having to deal with nightmarishly long ques only for the item you seek to never drop is just hot garbage. At this point just make every single item a guaranteed drop each run so glam farmers can get this over with.

I think the queue problem is a role specific issue. Throughout the week to even Monday queue times for DPS are extremely low. This is due to the fact that out of the 24 slots for the raid 15 of those are all DPS. Tanks get the short end of the stick for 24 mans, only 3 slots for each instance of 24. It's been this way since they went to the 3 tank model for 24 mans back in HW.

I didn't know it wasn't on the roulette. I wonder why. But every Tuesday I queue up and can get the item I'm looking for in about 3-4 runs. I got the tank chest as a BLM the other day, it's good to have a list of things to greed on even if its not the main item you are looking for so can farm a bit more efficiently. If you're only down to that one item though it may be harder.

Current alliances are never in the roulette, at least for a patch or so.

The instance is a lot of things. Abandoned is not one of them. I don't know how to fix whatever issues you are having, but the instance isn't dead by any means. The drop rate of the tank chest is also the same as everything else on a per boss basis I think.

Absolutely not abandoned content on my DC at least. Queue times for it rarely take longer than 5 mins unless I queue up at some ungodly hour, and honestly the gear (for me at least) is at best a side-grade to the tome stuff so I just lot on whatever piece looks good at the moment since I level everything and could use it anyway. Obviously not the same experience for everyone but this is how every Alliance Raid is when it's current so I don't know what to tell you.

They could maybe look into offering role-specific coffers as rewards since so many jobs are available now.

Tank queues are always abysmal for raids, and everyone wants that chest.


Also, drop rates are equal for all pieces. RNG is RNG.

It's basically dead on Primal. It takes an eternity to get a pop, at least as a tank, now here even during prime hours (over 30-40 mins average) . And god help you if you que after primetime. Be prepared to have something else to do to pass time because you could watch a full length movie by the time it pops.

I have never seen the tank chest drop since the instance was release. Not even once. Boots, gloves? Almost every run. Chest? Nope. Just ran it again after 40 minutes of waiting only for nothing to drop this time. This is why RNG-based systems are terrible because somebody may get extremely lucky while someone else spends forever farming something someone else got in one try. There is zero reason for RNG-based drop rates. Just make it guaranteed, all this does is make people burn themselves out on a piece of content farming for something they want.
