He said they did what they've done all xpacs: First tier of SVG and other content is intentionally easier. Difficulty of stuff will ramp up throughout the xpac. I guess compare Titan to Shiva in Eden?

I would say thats debatable considering that the overall tier of Verse vs Gate and Verse's first three fights were easy to healing(espeically e7s compared to e3s and hell even titan's damage was more spread out where shiva just had the first move, add phase and final wyrms, shiva had minute stretches of no heavy damage even not accounting for the cutscene)

Also allow me to ask this question then, why do tanks and dps are able to fully their first experience with savage from the get go while healers have to wait for ultimate and the second tier of savage fin 4 and 8 months respectively?

there's also less "screw-up healing" to keep you engaged in higher end content as well, because as you go up in difficulty, screw-ups just kill you (and force the group to wall it) or wipe the group entirely.

You mean just like a tank who pops no cd or a dps lower than a healer ? Can't blame stances being bad due to players being bad. Thing is, it's hard to distinguish a bad healer now, there's not much to fail.
