NO, EXCUSE ME, you are not me, I spent so much effort and time in this game, it is a very emotional thing when this happened. If you cannot relate then at lease provide constructive advice rather than ask me to shut up.

I am a paying player and I did everything right for purchasing a house, I am pretty sure that when the fault is not with paying players, the game developer has the responsibility to correct this and at least has a solution that satisfies paying players.

It isn't really that emotional. I thought it was actually funny how bad this failed over all, it went even worst than I expected. You don't have a right to good customer service because you are a paying player. The reason a solution is taking so long is this is a bit of a situation, and how to handle this situation is not easy as some one is going to come out angry regardless of the choice they made to address this. In reality if this rolled over to a new lottery system would the results be that different from the last if you were the only player that bid on a house. The reality is you are just being selfish and making entitled demands that have no thought behind them.

Uh, YES. That is exactly how probability works. If you were the only person on a plot or not, it doesn't matter. Putting it back into the NEXT round will increase the total number of bids, and people who lost legitimately would have a second chance where those who lost to a bug, didn't *get* their legitimate bid recognised.
There's going to be a LOT more people competing for a lot fewer houses, so yes, the result will be VASTLY different.

There's also going to be more houses as people relocate old houses and as FC housing gets opened to players. Also why where there will be a lot more people competing? It would be less than the number of people originally competing. Do yall think about stuff before you post it or just spout BS that sounds right in your head to justify your entitlement.

What does that have to do with anything. With a statement like that you should probably go ahead and burn the bachelors degree cause you don't seem intelligent enough to use it properly.
