A LOT of gender locked stuff in the store

it's bad considering that the latest outfit the released (omega F/M) is genderlocked.

Is it? I don't consider this such an atrocious situation, if anything I would say I'm not a fan of the omega outfit being a 'one-piece' set, which I deem a more important thing to change but I digress.
Removing gender-locked gear can wait, there's not an urgency for it. Yes, it sucks but SE are still at least gradually working on it... Whereas other games wouldn't of bothered at all.

I think basically everything that can be gender unlocked should be unlocked. Waiting for the day I can put on the Eastern Lord Errant's Attire on a female character.

I've played as a male au ra for a huge majority of my playtime and now that I'm actually really enjoying female highlander, I basically spent money 1) on gear that I can't wear anymore more and 2) to change into a sex that can't wear said gear.
So I just have glamour dresser spots wasted on gear I can't use anymore because we can't even put mogstation stuff in the armoire.

That's the part that doesn't sit right with me, removing the genderlock or giving us the option to trade to the other sex's equivalent at the calamity salvager is a must.

I was impressed with Tataru's new set until I turned around and saw the split in the cap wasn't even high enough to let my tail through right. Like what? The split's already there, just move it higher. How was that not noticed?

I mean, if you are going toward into not have gender lock into your game....why are you making genderlocked items? you will just have people work on it twice when you can just make it genderfree from the beginning

you would be surprised, that you can work on both thing simultaneously!just review your items better.

I don't know SE's protocol when it comes to un-gender locking items. Maybe they're on a tight schedule? Maybe they have other things to do and this isn't considered a priority, so they only do it when they have a free moment. All we can do is speculate.

my point is, if you are make new outfits, when your company is already un-gender locking items, why are you making them gender locked? it's just giving more stuff to people who will unlock later to work with.

When all the store items are made account wide when purchased, then I'll worry about it. Until then I will continue to pretend the store doesn't exist, so gender locking and other silly things affect me not at all.

I mean, if they want to charge me money for it they may as well let it work if I ever fantasia to a female character again. Least they could do, really.

Also, there's some strapped gloves (forgot what set it's on) that only female characters can use. I would kill to use them on my male viera :^)
