A LOT of gender locked stuff in the store

These things take time, I don’t think SE should pour all their resources to get this done ASAP… especially considering in just 6,1 they already made quite a few outfits unisex.

it's bad considering that the latest outfit the released (omega F/M) is genderlocked. I understand there are two different characters (male and female omega) but if they are going towards genderless they should have newer things not have genderlock.

Is it? I don't consider this such an atrocious situation, if anything I would say I'm not a fan of the omega outfit being a 'one-piece' set, which I deem a more important thing to change but I digress.
Removing gender-locked gear can wait, there's not an urgency for it. Yes, it sucks but SE are still at least gradually working on it... Whereas other games wouldn't of bothered at all.

I mean, if you are going toward into not have gender lock into your game....why are you making genderlocked items? you will just have people work on it twice when you can just make it genderfree from the beginning

Or maybe focus on issues which affect the majority of the players. No earholes, tails clipping. Even new Tataru's gift is unsaleable on races with a tail

you would be surprised, that you can work on both thing simultaneously!just review your items better.

I don't know SE's protocol when it comes to un-gender locking items. Maybe they're on a tight schedule? Maybe they have other things to do and this isn't considered a priority, so they only do it when they have a free moment. All we can do is speculate.

I've played as a male au ra for a huge majority of my playtime and now that I'm actually really enjoying female highlander, I basically spent money 1) on gear that I can't wear anymore more and 2) to change into a sex that can't wear said gear.
So I just have glamour dresser spots wasted on gear I can't use anymore because we can't even put mogstation stuff in the armoire.

That's the part that doesn't sit right with me, removing the genderlock or giving us the option to trade to the other sex's equivalent at the calamity salvager is a must.
