Not all of us are into the NSFW pics of people's panties and underskirt shots suddenly popping up out of nowhere when we're not even playing an 18+ rated game.
Do you want to have fun? Sure. Nobody is stopping you from doing whatever you want on your screen, but when it comes to my screen when I don't want it then that's the issue we're talking about.
If you like it then it doesn't necessarily mean it's fun or others should like it too.
I want clarification on whether Adventurer Plates could be considered an "Obscene/Indecent Expression", as listed in the Prohibited Activities doc.
If butt shots are a problem, then isn't the glamour the problem? I don't see how it makes sense to strike an account for a butt shot, when if it wasn't for either the glamour or the emote, there wouldn't be any strike. This isn't modded content, this is all available in-game.
What about cases where people have "normal" glamours, but are covering their characters with the Plate Accents, possibly to simulate nudity? How will that be handled?
I believe the best solution is to disable Adventurer Plates by default and to let players do what they want with them.
However, I'm going to bet that SE will just lock the camera movement instead. But players will still use half-nude glamours, so the problem remains.
Whatever happens, I'm sure it will involve severely limiting a great feature to a point where it might as well not even exist. Start removing the customization and all adventurer plates will look the same, defeating the purpose.
But if we go down that path, then we need to be consistent. Any revealing clothing should also be removed from the game. Maybe just get rid of glamour altogether. You know, just to be safe.

Why do people come up with arbitrary and fake complaints to fuel problems that don't exist?
We should just remove smallclothes then, it's our only solution so that people won't make lewd poses. If butt shots are a problem, then isn't the glamour the problem? this is kind of a weird argument lol, glamours and emotes don't enable someone to make booty shots, they do that all on their own. Huge difference between striking a normal pose/emote in a bikini vs. full on crotch pic/sticker simulating nudity that you'd see on tinder or onlyfans or something like that.
Plus the game never frames players wearing such glamour as such in cutscenes. It's basically fetishism of body part on display that crosses the line to obscenity. We should just remove smallclothes then, it's our only solution so that people won't make lewd poses.

I don't know if splashing this in everyone's face at the end of every dungeon, raid or trial is going to make people more likely to give comms or resent the process even more.
I could easily see a scenario where I was planning on commending someone but decide not to if they had a plate that presented their ass in a suggestive way.
Also I know I am going back to an old thread, but does no one see the irony is saying the world doesn't revolve around you while insisting on a feature being forced upon all other players because they personally want to see it more? The reason is the world doesn't revolve around just you, and that other people do find reasons for it to be shown at the end of duties so they can express themselves in a nice calling card. I'm not interested in novelties. I'm interested in the Devs finding wide spread use and success in the features they invest in developing.
The user stated they saw no reason for it, despite evidence to the contrary that other people did find it appealing in the self same thread. So it was a response to make them aware that others may not feel that way. It struck me as self centered. The reason is that other people want it. And the potential to inconvenience others is low.
Later during the thread I explained there could be an opt out method no problem, showing consideration for others. So I think forcing this feature is a little bit fabricated on your part.
However I do not hide my appreciation for the work the Devs have put in and my desire to see it expanded in locations it would make sense.
