Instead of only focusing your energy on complaining that they do nothing, please add suggestions they can take. I very much dislike the state the game is in now where everything is slowly becoming simpler.

One thing I would have found interesting are heals/shield use augmenting Broil/Glare/Malefic. Maybe bring back a water attribute spell that can proc from using the shields on WHM, as an example.

For MCH, they don't deserve the current treatment they are getting either. Even simple QOL fixes being rejected is ridiculous.
