    If trusts were just as fast as real players, there would be little incentive to use the DF. Roulette participation would almost certainly drop significantly leading up to patches that increase the gear score cap (dailies=tomes for endgame gear). Everyone knows trusts are slow so it stands to reason that it's intentional.
