Funny, I'm of the opposite thought. I purposely picked an apartment over FC chambers because I specifically did not want my room tied to the FC. If I leave or get kicked from the FC, that's it! Whereas the apartment will always be there.I like this. I didn't even think about it until now, but just adding more apartments would be great. I've seen entire housing districts completely full; no apartments are available because of the sheer number of players on that server. On other servers I've seen the apartments relatively empty by comparison. After asking around, the consensus is that apartments are just not worth getting one when you can have FC chambers. Upgrading apartments would make them more attractive and thus increase the demand. Some people would enjoy a house. Others would be quite happy with their apartments if they could just have some variety.

Exactly my thoughts, too. And it's why I own an apartment. I'd love a full house, but now the chances of me actually getting one? very, very slim. At least with FCFS, I had a chance. Now those chances have been reduced by 75% or more.
But if I could upgrade my apartment size for a small fee? I'd be all over that.
Yeah I'd play around with larger apartments if they were available too.Exactly my thoughts, too. And it's why I own an apartment. If only there was a system in place that would let a player move from a smaller house to a larger one without losing any of their interior items? Being an aquarium scientist and not a software developer, I'm out of my element here, but since we can relocate and our home interiors are instances, I can't see it being a herculean task to come up with a way to link a house interior to an apartment entrance. I'm probably missing something significant about coding and if I am, I welcome being educated on the topic.
