I don’t t want an upgraded apartment!!

I want a house with a workshop. I want an outside where I can decorate and put up my cherry trees. Look I pay the same sub as everyone else and actually a little more since I have so many retainers to store gear on because once again SE likes to limit things… I just want a house!

At this point we are down 10 years with 10 more to go, so it’s all downhill from here. What are they going to do, wait another 2 years to bring out another housing ward and/or give us a token 3 more wards in patch 6.3?

They need to make a commitment NOW, otherwise I am seriously thinking of my decision of continuing with this game.

Let’s just say there is a reason why there is so much “Negative and Criticism” on the new housing wards being 75% FC only. It’s safe to say if it would have been 50-50 there wouldn’t be so much negative feedback.

Criticism I share in regards to the wards not being 50/50. But if I'm going to post a negative take I may as well post a take on the things I DO like, yes?

See above response. I'm not shy about calling something as it is, good OR bad. If one only calls attention to what's done badly and not what's done well, what reference point is there to do well. Hm?

I think there's a lot of jadedness due to the lack of communication and SE not enforcing their own housing rules. It's lead to a lot of frustration. Easily cured with better communication and a clear sign they're monitoring housing and handling problem players.

With good reason. The Wards dedicated to one FC is a load of BS and agitates issues for both personal owners AND startup FCs. The 30 day rule isn't ideal (honestly as I said elsewhere I feel the transferring of ownership should legit be like 6 months or something) but it's a start.
