Why do FCs get 75% of the wards?

Sorry but way too much allocated to FC's, an fc house is in my experience pretty much just the leaders personal house that other ppl can tp to and nothing more most of the time. It's not decorated by the whole fc usually 1 or 2 people. It's a gathering place but it DOES NOT provide the housing experience to a large group. You don't decorate, you don't garden and you don't get to do the subs etc most of the time either in all the fc's I have been in!

Thank god I already have a private large and my alt's FC is ready with a small to move wherever if lottery is kind. Me and my lil group of friends can only experience the sub and airship content because I went to the bother of making an alt and camping for a small house! If my private house could do the airships etc I wouldn't have had to purchase a second house for us.

Hear hear. I'm in a very large FC with a large house and the FC lead has all that content locked away to only the top 2 or 3 people. I didn't even know that content existed until almost 2 years in with the FC. lol

Yes bc you cant just trust ppl with it, easy as that. "oh that food was limited from an event, sry didnt know just needed exp buff..." etc...

Or expensive stuff that just vanishes... its also SE'S fault as you cant really set any limits, most stuff is either ALL or NOTHING.

This. After having an ex FC member petty steal a bunch of stuff from the FC chest on their way out, I'm not gonna trust more than a few specific people to decorate our house. (and for the record said person only had access to 2 tabs so nothing of value was lost) We have a lot of Mogstation/expensive items in our house so it'd be pretty bad if someone just got mad one day and stole it all. Square doesn't do anything in these situations and just tells you "you shouldn't have given them access".

I don't think there should be backlash. They never once said it would have housing. It's not SE's fault that people read articles that say "could ease housing" and then run with the idea that it will have housing. If it does, cool. If it doesn't, well that's on the community, not SE.
