Why do FCs get 75% of the wards?

Sorry but way too much allocated to FC's, an fc house is in my experience pretty much just the leaders personal house that other ppl can tp to and nothing more most of the time. It's not decorated by the whole fc usually 1 or 2 people. It's a gathering place but it DOES NOT provide the housing experience to a large group. You don't decorate, you don't garden and you don't get to do the subs etc most of the time either in all the fc's I have been in!

Thank god I already have a private large and my alt's FC is ready with a small to move wherever if lottery is kind. Me and my lil group of friends can only experience the sub and airship content because I went to the bother of making an alt and camping for a small house! If my private house could do the airships etc I wouldn't have had to purchase a second house for us.

The FC I run has a little under 30 of our rooms filled so far with members. None of which to my knowledge have been trying to get their own private home (apartments not included) since they enjoy being together.

I'm happy for you and your FC, that members are happy with their one room apartment.

Hear hear. I'm in a very large FC with a large house and the FC lead has all that content locked away to only the top 2 or 3 people. I didn't even know that content existed until almost 2 years in with the FC. lol

If they allow me to keep my house in a soon-to-be FC only ward then I'll probably just try for an FC one. I'm not moving. lol Contrary to what some may think, yes it will get used. Heavily. And no, I won't feel bad about it at this point.

And they're going to alienate a HUGE number of people.

We dont' want more FC houses, we want more PERSONAL houses.

The ONLY reason I didn't sit and click on a placard for 15 hours is because I was under the impression we were getting 24 full wards of houses to bid on. That's over a thousand houses. A few FC wards, fine, whatever. Still a ton of houses for my super high population world.

I had a medium house at from the tail end of HW to the middle of Stormblood. I was so mad about Eureka that I left the game and decided to cut my losses. Came back some time later and was able to snag a medium Shirogane plot and that is what I've had since. I guess I didn't realize just how lucky I was at the time with how terrible the housing system has become.

Wait is this just a ploy by SE to keep subs running. It makes sense.

To be fair, Private Ownership dominated over 80% of ward until now.
If this is once time favor to FC it should be fine
