Cheerjump would mean buying from the cash shop, wouldn't it?

What about the Ananta emote? It's unlockable in-game, and it's still reddish. Actually flashier than /cheerjump too.

But if you want an ARR-friendly emote, I'm guessing some form of dance, though it won't have particle effects.
