None of the earless stuff is serious and to anyone who immediately becomes paranoid over it without seeing it being said in-game is just wasting time and emotional energy about an imaginary, future scenario.

In fact it's considered a symprom of anxiety called "fortune telling". My suggestion would be to stop trying to convince people who you're worried might say it and instead simply state that if you see it used in a way meant to attack strangers rather than playfully tease a friend, you'll use the report feature for harassment.

It's definitive and involves less emotional energy wasted on your part as well as reiterates that it's wrong without sounding condensending.
