Maybe they're not interpreting that data correctly then? Or rather, they're not interpreting it in a way some players wish they did? Reminds me of some live letters in the past where Yoshi would read a question but slight language barriers made him misconstrue some questions and ultimately dismiss the concern. In this case, perhaps the context behind some of the metrics are just not apparent enough to the developers for them to act on it.

As an example, anyone remember the old days were you were at the mercy of rng to collect glamor from old dgns and despite asking on the forums repeatedly to do something about, it wasn't until an interviewer directly pointed how he and his friends were trying desperatly to farm sets from old dgns, which made Yoshi acknowledge the issue and work on it?
